Mohammed Siraj lost his temper during a tense IPL 2025 match. The incident happened between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings.

The drama unfolded when Urvil Patel and Devon Conway were batting aggressively for Chennai Super Kings. Urvil Patel hit the ball and ran for a single. However, Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill made an unnecessary throw, leading to an overthrow. This allowed Chennai Super Kings to score extra runs.

When the ball reached the square leg area, Sai Kishore tried to catch it but accidentally knocked it while falling. This mistake gave Urvil Patel another run. In total, Chennai Super Kings scored three runs off that one delivery.

Bowler Mohammed Siraj was furious after seeing two fielding errors back-to-back. Instead of confronting Shubman Gill, who started the chaos, Siraj directed his anger at Sai Kishore. He hurled abuse at Sai and threw the ball on the ground in frustration.

Shubman Gill later approached Siraj to calm him down. But even then, Siraj looked stern and upset. Commentator Ravi Shastri questioned his actions, saying, “Why is Miyan (Siraj) doing this?”.

Chennai Super Kings dominated the match, scoring 230 runs. Gujarat Titans could only manage 147 runs, losing by 83 runs. Fans expressed their dissatisfaction with Siraj’s reaction, calling it unprofessional.
